In 2006, State College Borough, with the assistance of the Centre Regional Planning Agency (CRPA), initiated an Area Plan for the Borough and adjacent land areas within College and Ferguson Townships.

This Plan will be a multi-year effort which is intended to provided a land use plan and set of goals which can be used by State College Borough to replace the municipality's current zoning/subdivision land development regulations.  For more information, visit the State College Area Land Plan website.
