The Centre Region COG is the designated agent for the participating municipalities (College, Ferguson, Harris and Patton Townships), and as such, is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, contractor compliance, and enforcement of the municipal solid waste and recycling ordinances.  Questions regarding the program may be referred to the Program Coordinator at (814) 234-7198.
